frankly, i don't see why the government bothers to propagate reproduction since the country is already over-populated as it is, bearing in mind the influx of foreign talents. i have nothing against children in general but i really really abhor small farts who think that they're "children of God", hence encouraging them to shit their way around since He will protect them from all evil.

thing is, people should breed, but only selectively. stupid people do not deserve to procreate, which in turn will produce astoundingly stupid faggots like the fugly little boy i met yesterday. O, God forbid (and i must add that i am very proud of self for counting to ten before i kicked his teeth in). busy couples should just stay busy childless couples as they would not have the time to discipline their children and i'm sure everyone will agree with me when i say that indisciplined children are a terrific nuisance.
when we think of why people should reproduce, we think of the chinese tradition of "carrying on the family name". why is it that there is a requirement for the continuance of bloodline? is it a senseless act of obedience? a way of life? a rite of passage? nobody really knows. but here's an alternative anyway: donate blood. it's inexpensive - free, even - and does not have a long term effect on your mental stability.
and if you really want children...
instead of breeding, why not adopt an orphan? good idea yes yes?
